• Star of the Rick Castellano Show for 1 season (PHOTO)
• Won: Mr Rochseter + Mr Western New York same night, never before done in 1982
• Won Mr Lake Ontario
• Won Mr Monroe County
• Won 1^st Place in Mr Empire State 2 years in a row
• 3^rd Place in the Jr. Nationals (Mr. America) 1983. Muscle Magazine said Rick won 1^st place hands down, but was an unknown so received 3^rd
• Also That Year In the Nationals. Bob Paris Won but he beat professional Wrestler Ivan Putski and will Dabash voted largest chest in the world
• Won Defensive MVP at Gates Chili High School, when they won the championship
• Voted the Dirtiest Player in the Semi-Pro Football League 3 years in a row (But no penalties to show for it) (PHOTO)
